In late summer 2014 my Mum was diagnosed with an agressive stage 3 breast cancer. Treatment began with surgery in Autumn, followed by a course of chemotherapy. My documentary begins in January 2015 and will follow her continuing battle with cancer and her journey through the treatment and recovery process. The images will form part of my degree coursework and will be complemented with a short film.
