Light and Shadows

I was invited to join a fellow student and help with his module photoshoot. Having driven for an hour and hiked for the same, through the dense fog a large monolith emerged. It was difficult to work as visibility was near zero. We worked with LED lights and long exposures to create a series of images

Work in progress - Working with light and shadows, choosing this site was an important step to creating these images. The abandoned and derelict industrial buildings on this site are ideal for creating interesting images. The only limit was the sub zero temperature and near zero visibility. We used high powered LED lights and upto 30 second exposures to create the images. The buildings are remote and were surrounded by dense fog, the weather was both a help and a hindrance.
